Chris Farrell serves as Executive Director for JLL Value and Risk Advisory. In this role, he leads the Southeast industrial valuation team driving culture, growth and technology to provide clients with exceptional resources and a best-in-classexperience
Experience:
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Farrell served as Director at BBG, where he specialized in all types of industrial properties across the Southeast.
His background includes valuation of real estate for multiple applications including market value appraisals, tax appeals, government mass appraising, and portfolio valuations. He has an extensive background and vast experience in a wide range of property types including industrial, multifamily, restaurants, mini-storage facilities, offices, convenience stores, lodging, religious facilities, retail, golf courses, single-family rental portfolios and mixed-use properties. Specialized experience includes high-end recreational tracts, mitigation banks and timberland portfolios

- University of Denver, University College, Certificate in Geographic Information Systems
