Current responsibilities:
Chris works in the Phoenix office of JLL, specializing in both corporate and governmental users of real estate in facility acquisitions and dispositions. His daily responsibilities include strategic planning, market research, site selection, negotiation, financial analysis, and lease or purchase contract review on behalf of his clients.
Chris also assists his clients with securing economic incentives, construction management services, and portfolio review and management.
Experience:
Chris’s experience has resulted in over 6.7 million square feet of leasing and sales transactions totaling over $2.5 billion in consideration. His educational background in real estate investments and marketing enables him to provide the value-added service that is associated with JLL. His unparalleled knowledge of the office, industrial and medical industries continue to exceed client’s expectations, including but not limited to American Express, Army National Guard, Arizona Commerce Authority, Banner Health, City of Phoenix, Dial Corporation, Lockheed Martin, Shutterfly, State of Arizona, and Xerox.
