Christopher J. Coccaro is a Senior Vice President in JLL’s Bethesda, Maryland office with a concentration on Tenant Representation (acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations and restructuring).

Chris is highly skilled at developing effective real estate strategies to achieve results and meet his client’s objectives. Chris employs all the resources of JLL to best serve the client and put their needs first.

A native Washingtonian, Chris has been active in the in the Greater Washington, D.C. commercial real estate community since 2004.

Prior to joining JLL, he was a Senior Vice President with Broad Street, a boutique full service commercial real estate firm in Bethesda Maryland.

While at Broad Street Chris managed the leasing of the firm’s portfolio (approximately 1 Million square feet throughout MD, DC and VA) and was the top producing broker for 5 years straight. Chris started his career in real estate with GVA Advantis (a St. Joe Company) with offices throughout the United States and the overseas.

Chris’ experience representing landlords and participating in complex real estate acquisitions has proven to be invaluable knowledge when representing the interests of his tenant clients.

Chris is a licensed commercial real estate agent in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
