Chris Bergmann Jr.
Chis specializes in land acquisitions and dispositions for owners, developers and endusers, tirelessly advocating on behalf of his clients. He brings a heightened level of both urban and suburban land sale, urban redevelopment and corporate relocation expertise that elevates and expands service delivery, and his comprehensive approach to the land business has delivered consistent top-of-the-market results. Chris uses his market knowledge and transaction experience to connect his clients with both listed and off-market opportunities. He oversees all aspects of the transaction process including new business development, valuation, pricing strategies, marketing and client contact, due diligence and negotiations of the purchase and sale agreement.
Before joining JLL, Chris worked at CBRE where he acquired extensive experience in both retail project leasing and tenant representation. Chris was a vital part of a team that represented national and local landlords with a combined portfolio of 3.5 million square feet. In his site selection and tenant representation practice, he secured locations while negotiating terms for regional and national retail concepts. Since joining JLL in March 2016, Chris has successfully closed retail and land transactions valued at more than $400 Million.

Education and Affiliations
Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts from University of Houston-Downtown. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
