Chase Monroe is the U.S Brokerage President and Charlotte Market Leader for JLL. He oversees all JLL’s Carolinas business and works closely on corporate occupier office transactions related to tenant representation, strategic initiatives, acquisition and disposition.
Prior to the acquisition by JLL, he was a founding member of Keystone Partners. Having worked in commercial real estate for over 32 years, Chase has a broad base of knowledge and expertise. He specializes in strategic tenant consulting, site selection, corporate strategy, acquisition, disposition, and Tenant representation for office clients. In 2015, Chase was recognized by JLL as its Champion of Excellence, awarded to only three or four individuals at JLL annually. In 2020, he stepped into the role of JLL Brokerage Leadership Council President. In 2005, Chase was named by the Charlotte Business Journal as one of the city’s “Top 40 Influential People Under 40.” Additionally, Chase was the 2005 President of the CRCBR (The Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS®), comprising over 1,000 local and regional commercial Realtors. The CRCBR honored him as Realtor of the Year in 2019. Prior to founding Keystone Partners, Chase was a Vice President with Lincoln Harris, a Partner at Spectrum Properties and a Bank Officer at Wells Fargo (formerly Wachovia).
Chase is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and was an All-American on UVA’s top-ranked lacrosse team.
