Chase Monroe is President of Office Tenant Representation, which he oversees across the East Coast and Midwest. He also serves as Southeast region lead for Brokerage.
Having worked in commercial real estate for over 32 years, Chase has a broad base of knowledge and expertise. He works closely on corporate office transactions and specializes in strategic tenant consulting, site selection, corporate strategy, acquisition, disposition and tenant representation for office clients.
Chase was a founding member of Keystone Partners before its acquisition by JLL in 2011. Before this, he spent three years as Senior VP at Lincoln Harris and seven years as a Partner at Spectrum Properties. He also served as a Bank Officer at Wells Fargo (formerly Wachovia).
In 2015, Chase was recognized by JLL as its Champion of Excellence, a title awarded annually to only three or four individuals at JLL. In 2020, he stepped into the role of JLL Brokerage Leadership Council President.
In 2005, Chase was named by the Charlotte Business Journal as one of the city’s Top 40 Influential People Under 40. Chase was also 2005 President of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS®, comprising over 1,000 local and regional commercial Realtors. The CRCBR honored him as Realtor of the Year in 2019.
Chase is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he received a BA in History and was an All-American on the university’s top-ranked lacrosse team.
