Current responsibilities
Charlie is responsible for strategic planning and account management for a wide variety of global corporate accounts.
Serving as the single point of contact, Charlie coordinates services from across the JLL platform including Transaction Management, Lease Administration, Strategic Consulting, Integrated Facilities Management, Project & Development Services, and Business & Economic Incentives. This vertically integrated approach allows Charlie to provide his global clients with a scalable, comprehensive real estate solution. His ability to understand the overall impact of each and every requirement ensures his clients real estate strategy is aligned with their long term business objectives.
Experience
Charlie has become an integral component of the firm’s Chicago Industrial Brokerage team. With his background in real estate finance, he provides expertise in valuation services and real estate advisory. His fast-growing resume of completed transactions now covers a variety of industries including: Logistics, Distribution, Food/Beverage, Manufacturing and Retail over a wide geographical base globally.
