Charles is a Managing Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. Having specialization in senior housing, Charles has been involved in sourcing capital for equity and debt, as well as in the sale of seniors housing assets ranging from agerestricted apartments to entrance-fee CCRCs. He also provides a wide variety of advisory services for clients seeking insights into the seniors housing market. Charles has been involved in commercial real estate since 1986.
Prior to joining JLL, he was an Owner of one of the founding companies of Integra Realty Resources, which grew into a national valuation and consulting company with more than 60 offices. He started and led IRR’s senior housing and healthcare practice and served on the National Board of Directors. Charles was also Co-Founder and Co-Manager of the ARA National Seniors Housing Group from its formation in 2008 until the successful sale of the group in 2014. During that period, the group completed over $1.0 billion of investment sales. Charles is a frequent speaker and panelist at seniors housing conferences.
