Career summary
Chad is a Senior Managing Director in the Philadelphia office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He helps raise capital for new acquisitions and the refinancing/recapitalization of assets. Chad has over 18 years of commercial real estate experience, having served as a lender and head portfolio manager of a CRE CDO that invested over $2 billion of equity. He has experience in all components of the capital stack, having invested in preferred equity, mezzanine loans, b-notes, and whole loans.
Prior to joining JLL in 2015, Chad was a Director of Canopy Investment Advisors, a spin-off of the levered finance group that was formerly part of CenterSquare Investment Management and Capmark Investments. He began his career as a financial analyst and underwriter with Bank of America. He received a B.A. in Management, with a concentration in Economics, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Chad has been a guest lecturer at Villanova’s School of Business MBA program and Villanova’s Law School.
