Current Responsibilities:
Caroline Leary is a Vice President, Brokerage in Dallas, Texas. In her position, she manages a 4.3 Million square foot portfolio for Billingsley, ECOM, DRA Advisors, Acram Group, Primera Companies, and WeWork. She has been with JLL since 2019.

Experience:
Prior to working at JLL, Caroline was an Agency Leasing Senior Associate at Peloton Commercial Real Estate, a Contracts Consultant & Project Manager at Shepard Consulting Group Inc., and an attorney in the state of Mississippi. Her early legal career focused primarily on property matters with Ducks Unlimited and the Southern Environmental Law Center.

Education and Affiliations:
Caroline graduated with Honors from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies, English, and Geography. She then went on to attend the University of Mississippi School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.). Throughout law school, Caroline participated in Moot Court and won several awards including the National Environmental Moot Court Competition, Best Oralist at the Andrews Kurth National Moot Court Invitational, and the Danial Coker Moot Court Competition. She was also a Senior Editor of the Mississippi Sports Law Review.

Caroline is a member of The Real Estate Council (TREC) and was a participant of their Associate Leadership Council (ALC) in 2019. During her 12 months with the ALC, Caroline along with 30 other commercial real estate professionals, received personalized training with a professional executive coaching firm, leadership development, and implemented a community service project. Caroline is also a member of Junior League Dallas and has been volunteering her time with the organization since 2016.
