Carl is a Vice President within JLL Houston’s Industrial Services group, with a focus on tenant representation. This includes lease negotiation, building/site selection, and facility acquisitions or dispositions.Carl specializes in partnering with companies to deliver real estate solutions and believes diligence and being
long-term focused is a foundation for building trust.
Experience:
Before joining JLL in 2018, Carl worked as an industrial real estate broker at Avison Young, where he specialized in providing his clients solutions for their Houston warehouse needs.
