Description
Brock is a Managing Director in the Denver office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate and finance industry. He is primarily responsible for originating debt and equity placement transactions in Colorado, the Mountain region, the Midwest region, and throughout the United States. During his career, Brock has been involved in more than $4.8 billion in commercial mortgage debt and equity placements. He has completed capitalizations on a broad range of product types, including multi-housing, seniors housing, industrial, office, medical office, retail, hospitality, for sale condominiums, self-storage and ground leases. Brock started at HFF in September 2013. Before that, he was an Assistant Vice President in the Denver office of NorthMarq Capital, LLC.
Prior to that he was a loan review and portfolio analyst for Marquette Financial Companies. After graduating college, Brock interned at CBRE in industrial brokerage. While still in college, he worked in several capacities for Belgarde Enterprises, a Minneapolis-based commercial real estate developer..
