Current responsibilities:
As a Senior Managing Director in JLL’s Minneapolis office and the Tenant Representation Practice Leader, Brian is responsible for managing some of JLL’s most high-profile projects as well as overseeing growth, strategic direction, and leadership in the Minneapolis market. With more than eighteen years of commercial real estate experience, Brian focuses on delivering strategic, creative, and innovative real estate solutions that produce superior results and risk mitigation opportunities for his clients. As a veteran within the JLL real estate organization, Brian has extensive experience utilizing all JLL services and subject matter experts to support his clients with all aspects of real estate. Brian’s services include strategic real estate planning, portfolio optimization, and transaction/portfolio management. Brian’s services rely on his holistic approach to technology utilization, financial management, and overall work-flow management for real estate projects.
Experience:
Brian joined JLL in 2007 and has since been an instrumental member in helping JLL develop and succeed in Minneapolis. Prior to 2007, Brian spent five years with United Properties as a Tenant Representation leader in Minneapolis and St. Paul.
Brian has spent the last 18 years focusing on representing the business and real estate needs of space occupiers (Tenant Representation). Brian has represented over 15,000,000 SF of real estate throughout his career and has worked on some of the most complex, high-profile transactions within the Twin Cities and beyond. Brian brings his experience, knowledge, an unprecedented level of trust to any real estate transaction.
