Current responsibilities
Brandon Otting serves as Assistant General Manager in the Property Manager Services Group in the JLL Minneapolis Office. He is is responsible for maintaining owner and tenant relationships, preparing and managing property financials and annual budgets as well as overseeing day-to-day property operations. Brandon currently manages over 1.5 million square feet of both office and industrial properties in the greater Twin Cities region. Brandon is a committed team player with much experience and knowledge of the real estate industry.

Brandon joined JLL in November of 2012 as a Property Administrator. Since then, Brandon has been promoted to the Assistant General Manager role, obtained his Minnesota Real Estate Salesperson License and was given JLL’s Special Achievement Award for outstanding regional support in 2014. Prior to JLL, Brandon worked in residential property management for four years.
