Executive Vice President
Brad Wilson is an Executive Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle based in the Los Angeles North office. Brad has broad and extensive transactional and consulting expertise in the areas of landlord and tenant representation, acquisitions, dispositions, strategic analysis, portfolio and asset management, site selection, land assemblage and coordination of due diligence investigation. In his career, Brad has structured and negotiated transactions totaling in the millions of square feet, and billions in value.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Brad was Vice President of Global Real Estate for Universal Studios where he managed real estate sales and leasing transactions for their worldwide owned and occupied real estate assets, including 10 Universal City Plaza.
In addition to his involvement with Entertainment Industry clients, Brad has worked closely with the Los Angeles Unified School District in the negotiation for purchase of seven significant school sites totaling more than 90 acres of land and 70,000 square feet of commercial buildings valued at more than $100 million as well as other educational and non profit organizations in securing sites in LA and Orange County.
Brad’s experience also includes a role as Senior Vice President at the Grubb & Ellis Company where he was recognized as a top regional producer, a member of the National President’s Council and the LA Regional Advisory Committee.
Brad received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in (international) marketing from San Diego State University. Brad was a founding Board Member for the Valor Academy Charter School and is currently an advisor for the Trust for California Charter Schools. Brad previously advised the boards of Champs Charter School and the Seaver Institute
