Description
Brad is a director in the San Diego office of JLL Capital Markets. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 5 years of experience in commercial finance. Brad has an extensive background in the structuring of debt and equity capital for commercial real estate transactions nationally for regional, private, and institutional clients. Throughout his career, he has been involved in nearly $2.0 billion in transactions and has experience in a wide spectrum of transaction types including financing for new construction, acquisitions, and recapitalizations for all major commercial property types, including office, retail, industrial, multi-housing and hospitality.
