Brad is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Office Head in the Phoenix office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He focuses primarily on originating debt and equity transactions in Arizona with an emphasis on multi-housing transactions. During the course of his career, Brad has completed a broad range of capitalizations, including construction, bridge and conventional debt placements, along with subordinate debt and joint venture equity financings totaling more than $7.5 billion of transactions. Brad started at HFF in January 2017. Prior to joining HFF, Miner spent time at CBRE, Tokyo Star Bank, and Wells Fargo. Brad is involved in the Phoenix real estate community as an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
