Current responsibilities:

Brad Lane currently is a National Director in Jones Lang LaSalle’s New York office. In this capacity, he primarily works in the Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) group of JLL, responsible for strategic planning and account management for a wide variety of corporate users on a national and global basis. Brad looks to set strategy, deliver the necessary resources, drive aligned execution, and deliver superior results across a real estate portfolio. Additionally, he has acted as an in-house real estate consultant for his clients while they were in search of a permanent hire.

Brad has a significant transaction resume, having been associated in over 5 million square feet of real estate transactions, either as a broker or as an account lead.

Experience:

Mr. Lane has over 12 years of commercial real estate experience. Most recently, he was the dedicated Account Lead / Transaction Manager for the Barclays North American 3.5MM SF real estate portfolio. For over two years, Brad was responsible for strategizing, evaluating, and executing real estate transactions to meet the Bank’s business and occupancy needs. Additionally, he oversaw the resolution of any problems and issues arising in relation to the management of JLL’s relationship with Barclays. 

Prior to his work with Barclays, Brad worked with a high profile New York City brokerage team at JLL. Including his work as a transaction manager for several of the team’s clients, he focused much of his time working on a one-on-one basis with the team members to ensure that client requests were met in a timely and presentable manner.

Brad began his real estate career in 2006 when he joined the Strategic Occupancy Solutions team at Newmark Knight Frank as an associate specializing in corporate advisory services. In 2009, Brad, along with other members of the team, moved to JLL in order to utilize the global platform the firm provided, and to enhance the quality of service to clients.

Education and affiliations:

Brad graduated from Miami University, in Oxford, Ohio with a B.S in business marketing. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York.

He holds a Certified Portfolio Manager certification from JLL which is provided to select, next-level leaders within IPS.
