Current Responsibilities
Brad is the Market Lead for the Austin Project and Development and has diversified and balanced experience in all phases of commercial real estate.
Brad is responsible for leading a team of project managers and coordinators ensuring his client's interests are represented throughout the project delivery process. Brad and his team's role includes budget and schedule development, design team selection and management, review of design and construction documents, construction bidding and negotiation, contract management, and monitoring of all aspects of the relocation process.
Experience
Mr. Carbo's 13 years of experience include 8 years as project manager and estimator for a local commercial construction company that specialized in commercial corporate interiors. Mr. Carbo has estimated and managed projects of all sizes ranging from 3,500 square feet to 350,000 square feet as a general contractor. In the 5 years that Mr. Carbo has been with JLL he has successfully managed over 3.2 million SF of our client's projects.
Having managed over $700 million dollars of corporate interior & development construction projects in his career, Brad understands the strategies & evaluation process required to support and complete successful transaction.
Education and Affiliations
Brad received a Bachelor of Construction Management and Minor in Business from Louisiana State University. Brad is Green Certified and has led several clients to complete LEED Certified projects through his career.
