Blaise Tomazic handles various roles for JLL. Blaise is responsible for market research in the St. Louis office including putting together the quarterly market reports that give a full breakdown of the office and industrial markets in St. Louis and contributes to national l and global reports.
Other responsibilities include offering financial and market analysis and assisting in putting together proposals for local and national clients. Blaise is the St. Louis iLocate user, JLL’s proprietary mapping and demographic s software.
Blaise has helped put together several marketing campaigns for Metropolitan Square, the Corporate Hill Campus and Bank of America Plaza and has been apart of numerous new business development wins. He has also organized the marketing efforts using several different sources that JLL uses.
Prior to joining JLL, Blaise worked for a real estate development company out of Cleveland. While there he was given the responsibility of learning the St. Louis retail market through various channels including meeting with brokers and exploring all parts of the St. Louis Metro area.
Blaise has a BA in finance from the University of Dayton where he graduated in 2004.
Blaise is also a licensed Salesperson in the state of Missouri. He is a member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors (SLAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
