Current responsibilities:

Bill Teberg has oversight responsibility for the firm’s Corporate Accounts business in Texas and across the Southern and Mid-Atlantic United States. He currently manages or oversees relationships for national and international clients including Procter & Gamble, AT&T, Duke Energy, Capital One, NCR and United Healthcare Group. Mr. Teberg’s focus is on service delivery and strategic account management that enables our clients to meet their business needs and ultimately delivers value to its shareholders.

Previous experience:

In advance of his current role, Mr. Teberg was responsible for leading JLL’s Project Management Service Line. In this capacity he provided leadership to our corporate clients around the world providing a full scope of project delivery types supported by over 450 project managers, managing over $1.4 billion in construction spend.

Prior to this role Mr. Teberg served as Chief Operating Officer for JLL’s Bank of America Account, where he had operational responsibility for the delivery of transactions management, facility and project and development management for 45 million square feet of the Bank’s global portfolio in North America, Europe and Asia. 

Before joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Teberg was Senior Vice President with Heller Financial, where he was responsible for corporate real estate and shared services in the United States and Europe. Mr. Teberg has held similar corporate real estate and facilities roles with Aon Corporation as Vice President of Real Estate and Safety-Kleen Corporation as Manager of Construction and Facilities. Additionally, he has held project management positions for Bechtel Power and Dowell-Schlumberger in the Middle East and HC Beck throughout the southern United States.

Education and affiliations:

Mr. Teberg holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Arizona State University. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, a member of the National Eagle Scout Association and an active member of CoreNet real estate organization.
