Career summary
Bill is a Senior Managing Director and co-head of the Los Angeles office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 10 years of industry experience.
Bill specializes in institutional-grade assets and developments across North America, with a particular focus on equity placement. During his tenure with HFF, he contributed to the permanent, bridge, construction, mezzanine and joint venture equity financing of retail, office, multi-housing, industrial, hospitality, single tenant, land and data center assets totaling in excess of $8 billion. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at USC.
