He focuses on providing representation and consultation services to both local and national companies helping align their real estate portfolios with the companies needs.

Experience and Accomplishments
Mr. Woodall has been with the firm for seven years and has worked in the Atlanta brokerage group throughout that time focusing on Tenant representation. During his first five years with the firm, Mr. Woodall worked with a team of twelve specializing in transaction management, portfolio strategy and financial modeling. He focuses on providing representation and consultation services to local, national and international companies in order to assist in optimizing their real estate portfolios.
Some of Mr. Woodall’s current and past clients include Wells Fargo, Altisource Solutions, Ocwen Financial, Regus, JDA Software, NCR, Samsung, Atlanta Consulting Group and Kaiser Permanente.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Woodall graduated with bachelor’s degree in marketing from Auburn University's Harbert College of Business along with a minor in History. He has worked with the Atlanta Young Commercial Realtors board, Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and several charitable groups including Buckhead Christian Ministries and Open Hand.
