Ben serves as the practice lead for JLL’s Global CleanTech Practice Group, which is focused on representing renewable energy and clean technology companies in addressing their real estate needs. He brings over 15 years of project management experience in Information Technology to the JLL team.
Ben is also the Managing Director for the LA Better Buildings Challenge, a national leadership initiative sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy. His talents and experience have proven invaluable in managing, negotiating and executing commercial real estate transactions that exceed expectations. He brings a consultative approach to strategic planning and an in-depth understanding of the financial implications of real estate decisions.
Prior to joining JLL, Ben was an Associate Director with Newmark Knight Frank. He managed, negotiated, and executed multi-million-dollar commercial real estate transactions while working within a team structure. Developed, pitched, and closed on client accounts, consistently increasing annual revenues in excess of $1M.
Ben’s experience and expertise provide an in-depth understanding of the financial implications of real estate decisions, while providing insight into the sustainability issues that all businesses must deal with today.
Ben graduated from University of California, Los Angeles (Bachelor of Arts in Economics) and holds and MBA from University of Southern California (Masters in Business Administration)
He is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR)
