Current Responsibilities:
Ben Renaud is a Vice President broker in JLL’s Atlanta Tenant Representation Group. He has 5 years of experience in servicing professional service firms and corporate users. He has been recognized for achieving for his acute attention to detail in complex lease analysis and due diligence of site selections and is determined to deliver beyond expectations for his clients.
Accomplishments:
Ben is trilingual in French, Spanish and English and Captain of the Atlanta Wanderers men’s hockey team. He received the Atlanta Rising Star award in 2019.
Experience:
Ben joined the real estate industry in 2017, where he assisted his team of commercial brokers with tenant representation assignments. His responsibilities included preparing financial models for leasing scenarios, developing competitive set models and conducting detailed site selection work. He has since transitioned to a full broker and has significant experience in analytics, transaction management and real estate finance.
Education and Affiliations:
Ben holds a bachelors degree in Real Estate with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Georgia.
