Andy has provided creative guidance to senior management executives at companies occupying various types of commercial property regionally, in the Americas, and globally, for nearly four decades. Having begun his career in 1985. he has completed engagements in over 43 U.S. states and 6 Canadian provinces, having delivered real estate advisory, M&A support, portfolio strategies, restructuring, complex transaction planning and execution, acquisition and disposition services.

Prior to joining JLL in 2015, he served as Relationship Manager, Strategist, and CEO of Real Estate Strategies Corporation, a company he founded in 2002. Andy advises companies on intelligent portfolio strategies, identifying and capturing liquidity, mitigating risk, supporting financial and operational objectives, business acquisition, and exit strategies.

As publisher and host of CFO Studio, an independent company Andy founded in 2013, Andy is well-known among the nation's CFO and finance executive communities as a business and real estate thought-leader. He is especially well-known for his energetic and passionate style as an interviewer and public speaker. Andy was one of three recipients of the first-ever NAIOP Real Estate Deal of the Year Award and was twice a Finalist in the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award competition.

Andy has served on various boards and in volunteer positions, including:

  • Chairman, Build with Purpose (Formerly, Real Estate Advisory & Development Services) - 8 years on the Board of Directors
  • Business School Assessment Committee, Business School at Montclair State University
  • President, NJ Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors
  • National Instructor, SIOR
  • Voluntary Advisory Committee, New Jersey Real Estate Commission
  • Various charity and not-for-profit organizations

When not advising clients, Andy can be found spending time on his farm with his young son and their Arabian quarter horses; driving their Deuce-and-a-Half U.S. Army troop carrier in local parades; at St. Andrew’s Greek Orthodox Church; or singing on-stage with one of several well-known Jersey Shore rock bands.
