Current responsibilities 

Andrew Chapman serves as Senior Director for the Seattle branch of JLL’s Value and Risk Advisory Services in the United States. In this role, he is focused on conducting and coordinating appraisals and consulting assignments. Andrew has experience in the valuation of industrial, multi-family, office and retail sectors. Andrew specializes in the appraisal services of Manufactured Housing Communities and RV parks, serving as the Northwest Lead for JLL Valuation and Advisory's Manufactured Housing Communities practice. He has extensive experience valuing multiple property portfolios of Manufactured Housing Communities and RV park properties and has been involved in appraisal matters in Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Idaho and Alaska. 

Experience

Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Chapman spent 8 years with Colliers Valuation, where he served as a Valuation Specialist for Colliers’ MHC Specialty Group. He entered the real estate industry in 2010 and spent his first few years as a General Real Estate Appraiser at Strickland, Heischman & Hoss in Tacoma, WA.. The JLL Manufactured Housing Valuation Advisory team conducts assignments throughout the United States across a broad spectrum of community types, including conventional manufactured housing, RV parks, HUD and affordable projects, Freddie and Fannie agency debt, mixed-use communities (self-storage and manufactured housing, etc.) and complex proposed developments.

  • University of Washington, Bachelor’s Degree – Foster School of Business / Marketing Focus
