Current Responsibilities:
Andrea Gillman serves as a National Head of the Affordable Multi-Housing Sector for JLL Valuation Advisory in the United States. Her team focuses on appraisals and consulting assignments for the valuation of multi-housing assets, with a specialization in affordable multi-housing. In addition to appraisal services, her responsibilities include client communications and service, appraisal review, and business development for the national affordable multi-housing practice. She also serves on the national multi-housing leadership team.
The JLL Affordable Multi-Housing team conducts assignments throughout the United States for a variety of property/program types, including Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), HUD, HUD Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) program, student housing, conventional apartments, Freddie and Fannie agency debt, market studies, and complex mixed-use developments.
Experience:
Ms. Gillman has been actively involved in valuation and consulting since 2014. Prior to joining the valuation industry, she worked as a staff attorney for a large publishing company in California, where she managed author and licensing contracts for multiple divisions.
