Andrea Gillman serves as a Senior Vice President of JLL's Valuation and Advisory Services (VAS) in the United States. Actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting assignments since 2014, Ms. Gillman has performed appraisal services consisting of narrative and summary real estate appraisals, market and feasibility studies, market study analyses and appraisals in connection with allocation of state and federal tax credits. All types of real property are encompassed: apartments, mixed- use developments, multi-purpose, high rise and garden office buildings, manufacturing facilities, warehousing and distribution centers, banks, shopping centers, residential subdivisions, and industrial parks.
Valuations and market studies have been prepared on proposed, partially completed, renovated and existing structures. Appraisals have been made for litigation support, condemnation purposes, estates, mortgage financing, and low income housing tax credits. Clients served include corporations, law firms, financial institutions, investment firms and public/private agencies.
Prior to joining JLL in late 2016, Ms. Gillman was with a national valuation firm as an Analyst in the Tulsa office. Prior to becoming an Analyst in 2014, she worked as a staff attorney for a large publishing company in California, where she managed author and licensing contracts for multiple divisions.
