Current Responsibilities:

Amy Mills is the Research Manager for the Salt Lake City market. She oversees all aspects of market research for multiple business lines in Utah and Idaho including office, industrial, life sciences, retail and capital markets. She focuses on in-depth quality research, best-in-class reporting and insightful market intel to help commercial real estate developers, owners and users make strategic decisions. Her data-driven approach to statistics, demographics and economic and business development provides intel to identify risks and opportunities for clients.

Experience:

Amy has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Initially in her career she focused on construction project management – building hospital campuses and large office buildings – before transitioning to research. At JLL, she is part of a select team of local market analysts who report on economic data, corporate leasing and capital markets trends.

Education and Affiliations:

Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history with a pre-med minor from Colorado College. She has a graduate certificate in publishing from the University of Denver. Amy is an active member of CREW Utah, the local chapter of CREW Network, and served as chapter treasurer. Amy is also part of the Executive Committee for Womenpreneurs, a local entity that provides training and mentoring for women business founders.
