Current Responsibilities
Alex Dauria joined Jones Lang LaSalle as a Senior Vice President in our Leasing Group in 1998. With over 29 years of real estate experience, Alex concentrates his efforts on corporate relocation, developer/landlord representation, investment sales, and acquisitions. Alex advises property owners on complex issues associated with asset stabilization, including lease negotiations and tenant retention. As a corporate real estate advisor, Alex’s role is helping both young and well established companies align their real estate to their overall business plans. Alex brings a collaborative and single point of contact approach to bridging the gap between finance, HR, and the executive suite. Alex’s experience and sensitivities to corporate goals extend to companies as small as five employees to firms that employ over 40,000 employees globally.

Alex began his real estate career in 1984 with Leggat McCall, where he worked as a commercial real estate broker covering the suburban Boston market.

In his spare time, Alex enjoys golf and traveling to destinations where he can fly fish with his wife and three sons. Most recently, he is spending time renewing his private pilot’s license.
