Alex serves as a strategic partner working with clients to understand their business needs, goals and objectives. He advises his clients in strategic real estate planning and transaction management. Alex specializes in Tenant Representation, site selection, lease negotiations, and portfolio management.
Alex’s experience includes financial analysis, transaction management, location advisory and lease negotiations.
Prior to joining JLL, Alex worked as a National Account Manager for Coyote Logistics. His strong work ethic and sales background allows him to understand his clients’ needs and executes strategic business objectives. By leveraging his market knowledge and expertise, Alex is able to provide a customized plan designed to lower overall real estate costs and optimize profitability.
