Grant works to provide clients with strategic lease negotiations, financial analysis, as well as agency and budgetary trend analysis. Grant joined JLL in 2016 as an analyst for the JLL Research team. During his research tenure, he led research for Suburban Maryland, covered the Washington, DC office market, and was heavily involved in research advisory services where he engaged a variety of entities on consulting projects throughout Metro DC.


Grant began his career with the Shelby County Economic and Industrial Development Authority in Birmingham, AL as a project manager where he assisted with the retention and attraction of businesses to the Birmingham area. In 2015, he joined the Urban Land Institute in Washington, DC where he acted as a contributing author for the ULI Healthy Corridors publication and participated in advisory services.

Education and Affiliations

Grant holds a Master of Professional Studies degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Communication Studies from Huntingdon College in Montgomery, AL.
