Current Responsibilities:
Adam provides best in class strategy development, execution and market knowledge for his clients commercial real estate needs in investment and commercial properties, on both a local and national basis. He has completed hundreds of transactions across the U.S. and Canada, across the full spectrum of investment and commercial property types.
Experience:
Adam has completed millions of square feet of investment and commercial transactions, including hundreds of multi-market transactions. Additionally, he has successfully advised numerous clients regarding their strategy for national portfolio management, workplace strategy, portfolio administration/dashboard technology, construction/project management, lease audit services and incentives.
Education and Affiliations:
Adam earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas, and holds his real estate license in both Kansas and Missouri. He was a member of the 2012 Class of the Centurions Leadership Program, sponsored by the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce. With his previous firm Adam received the Colliers Everest Club Award recognizing him as part of the top 10% of Producers nationally.
