Career summary:
Adam is a senior director for JLL Capital Markets and is a part of the Midwest Multi-housing team. He is responsible for representing owners in the sale and financing of multi-housing transactions in secondary and tertiary markets throughout Minnesota and the Upper Midwest, including the Dakotas, Montana, Iowa, and Nebraska. He is JLL’s Broker of Record for Montana and South Dakota.
Prior to joining JLL in June of 2018, Adam was a Senior Associate with Marcus & Millichap. Adam’s experience includes representing both institutional and private capital investors, with transactions including large-scale portfolios, new development, affordable housing, and value-add multihousing investment sales. Together with Josh Talberg, Mox Gunderson, and Dan Linnell, the team has collectively sold over $3.0B of multi-housing assets throughout the Midwest since 2019.
