Current Responsibilities
Adam Citron specializes in providing logistics and supply chain solutions, transaction management, and brokerage services for institutional landlord and high-profile tenant clients in the sale and leasing of industrial real estate in the outer boroughs of New York City, Northern and Central New Jersey, , and eastern Pennsylvania; as well as for select clientele throughout major US industrial markets. He has more than 18 years of career experience providing consulting and tenant and landlord representation services. Since 2000, Adam has completed in excess of 49 million s.f. of leasing and sales transactions. In 2018, to accommodate the exponential growth in the NYC outer boroughs, the Northeast Industrial Region established a physical presence in Long Island City, Queens, which provides easy access to NYC, Queens, the Bronx, and Brooklyn. Mr. Citron is responsible for executive oversight and management of JLL’s outer boroughs industrial brokerage team, as well as ongoing business development and organic market-based growth.


Mr. Citron joined JLL in September 2011 as a Vice President in the company’s Central New Jersey office. Prior to joining JLL, he served as Associate Vice President in Cassidy Turley’s New Jersey industrial group for over 10 years. Mr. Citron’s sector concentrations include retail ecommerce, food and beverage, third party logistics and contract warehousing, as well as institutional landlord representation, and multi market relocations.
