The Promenade Shops at Orchard Valley in Manteca, CA acquired by new owners planning major revitalization
Sutter Health already signed as latest new tenant, according to JLL
Grupe Huber is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of The Promenade Shops at Orchard Valley, a premier regional shopping center in Manteca, CA anchored by notable tenants such as Bass Pro Shop, AMC Theatres, JC Penney and Valley Fitness. The property spans 54 acres and encompasses nearly 400,000 square feet of existing retail space. JLL, which handles leasing and management, also announced a new tenant: Sutter Health has leased 17,500 square feet of space in the shopping center and is now under construction on interior improvements for a general medical practice facility that should open early in 2025.
Built in 2008, The Promenade Shops at Orchard Valley, centrally located just off of Highway 120 at Union Rd, is a popular shopping destination for Manteca and the Central Valley. Grupe Huber company represents the new owner’s group which is committed to revitalizing the center.
