The Current Signs First Office Tenant
Over half of new Manchester building now leased to West Creek Financial
Richmond, VA, March 15, 2021 – JLL announces today the addition of West Creek Financial to The Current at 400 Hull Street in Richmond’s dynamic Manchester neighborhood. West Creek Financial will anchor Lynx Venture’s 70,000 square foot office building and will take approximately 34,000 square feet on the top three floors of the six-story office building. The Richmond-founded consumer financing company was recently named one of America’s Best Startup Employers by Forbes for the second year in a row.

The Current will be home to Hatch Local food hall on the ground level, top floor outdoor terraces, employee lounges, structured parking with EV charging, a bike room, fitness center and showers, a landscaped courtyard, and incredible access to the James River's bike paths and running trails, neighborhood restaurants and breweries, and is located less than a mile from I-95.

Approximately 24,000 square feet of office space remains, along with 6,000 square feet of retail at The Current. Apartments begin pre-leasing in April 2021 with occupancy expected this summer.
