Nicki Hines joins JLL Retail Corporate Services

Industry veteran Hines has led real estate strategy for Tiffany & Co, Nike, Microsoft, Tory Burch, Coach and others

CHICAGO, August 17, 2022 – JLL announced today the appointment of Nicki Hines as Executive Managing Director, Retail Corporate Services, based at JLL’s Chicago headquarters. She brings more than 30 years of experience to her role providing full-service real estate consulting to global brands and national retailers, including retail concept presentation, strategy development and implementation, site selection analytics and portfolio optimization.

“Nicki is one of the most prominent retail real estate experts in North America, and her brand portfolio management experience is practically unparalleled in our industry,” said Walter Wahlfeldt, Executive Vice President, Retail Corporate Services. “Her leadership and insight will be a tremendous asset to our Retail Corporate Services team.”

As a partner with GCD Consultants for more than 20 years, Hines has represented valuable global brands, including Coach, Microsoft, Nike, Tory Burch and Tiffany & Co. Immediately prior to joining JLL, she was Founder and President of The Hines Group. She has served as a guest lecturer at the University of Southern California and a mentor for the Tory Burch Foundation in New York City. She is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, as well as a member of the Board of Governors for the First Tee. Hines earned her MBA in finance and marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and her undergraduate degree from Boston College.
