Milestone Home Services and Welborn Garage expand offices to premier North Dallas destination

The growing local companies join unique lineup of tenants at Firewheel Town Center

DALLAS, May 11, 2021 – JLL has announced successful leases to Milestone Home Services and Welborn Garage Doors at Firewheel Town Center, located at 245 Cedar Sage Drive in Garland, Texas. Welborn will lease 3,059 square feet of office space above Build-a-Bear and Children’s Place retailers and Milestone will lease 2,527 square feet of office space above Nestle Toll House and Carter’s retailers.

Lauren Halstedt and Garrett Nerren of JLL represented the landlord. Both Dallas-Fort Worth-based companies are estimated to occupy the spaces in Q2 2021.

“Both Milestone Home Services and Welborn Garage Doors provide essential home services. Having a space for off-site support operations, such as customer satisfaction, will allow the companies to continue to flourish and provide superior services to the Dallas-Fort Worth area,” said Halstedt.

The Simon Property Group project offers more than 1 million square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space, and is conveniently located off of the President George Bush Turnpike and Highway 78.
