JLL Selected in Global Holdings Management Group’s Repositioning of 410 Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan

JLL to market 250,000-SF office building in heart of Midtown’s Plaza District

January 07, 2020

NEW YORK, January 7, 2020 — JLL has been selected as exclusive marketing and leasing agent in a comprehensive repositioning project for 410 Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan launched by Global Holdings Management Group, an international alliance of real estate asset management and investment advisory companies.

The JLL professionals overseeing this leasing assignment are led by Paul Glickman, vice chairman; Benjamin Bass, managing director; Diana Biasotti, senior vice president; Kristen Morgan, associate vice president; Natalia Martinez, vice president, and Harrison Potter, associate. The team will work directly with Craig Panzirer, senior vice president and director of leasing at Global Holdings.

JLL will provide a full range of marketing and leasing services for the Class-A, 250,000-square-foot office and retail destination designed by renowned New York City architect Emery Roth. The building offers a variety of space options, from pre-builts of 2,000 square feet to full floors of 14,000 square feet, with select opportunities featuring private terraces.

Global Holdings has launched a significant capital improvement and hospitality campaign for the property. An extensive lobby renovation has been completed with work underway on an elevator renovation, new conferencing and lounge areas, a full-service fitness center and a golf simulator. The repositioning project cements Global Holding’s tenant-focused approach, further reinforcing 410 Park Avenue as a highly attractive address.

“Underscoring its confidence in New York, Global Holdings is further committing to 410 Park Avenue by repositioning the property and by adopting a nimble and flexible approach to leasing,” said Glickman. “Global Holdings will offer flexible term lengths, as well as creative deal structures, existing or custom build-outs, and furnishings, all at the highest level of service and attention to detail.”

Located on the corner of East 55th Street and Park Avenue, 410 Park Avenue stands in the heart of the Plaza District. The building, home to the Manhattan Ferrari showroom on the first floor, is a few blocks from Central Park and is just steps away from some of New York’s most prestigious hotels, including the St. Regis, The Peninsula, and the Four Seasons, as well as some of the city’s best dining and shopping options. 410 Park Avenue is also in close proximity to several subway lines, including the R, W, N, E, M and F trains.

JLL is a leader in the New York tri-state commercial real estate market, with more than 2,600 of the most recognized industry experts offering brokerage, capital markets, property/facilities management, consulting, and project and development services.
