JLL Hotels & Hospitality expands global asset management team
Based in Chicago, Erin Green will serve as Senior Vice President and report directly to the Head of Global Hotel Asset Management, Andrea Grigg
CHICAGO, May 20, 2021 – JLL Hotels & Hospitality has hired 15-year hotel industry veteran, Erin Green, as a Senior Vice President for the company’s Global Hotel Asset Management team, reporting directly to Andrea Grigg, Senior Managing Director and Head of Global Hotel Asset Management.
Green is based in Chicago and will spearhead operator selection execution, asset management mandates and business development. In collaboration with other senior members of the team, Green will drive strategy across the global asset management platform, which includes asset-managing portfolios or single assets, fostering client relationships, negotiating legal agreements and performing asset valuations.
“Erin has an incredible track record working on some of the most iconic hospitality assets across the world, which is extremely valuable in continuing to expand our global asset management services,” says Grigg. “As our clients’ portfolios continue to evolve globally, so does the role of asset managers. Most recently, Green served as a Vice President of Development for the Americas at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in Chicago, where he led property growth throughout North, Central and South America. Green also held leadership positions at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts in Dallas, Texas; Hilton Worldwide in London; and Starwood Hotels & Resorts in New York, New York and Brussels, Belgium. Green earned his bachelor’s degree in finance at the University of Michigan, his MBA in finance and marketing at The Wharton School and a Certificate in Hotel and Real Estate Development from Cornell University.
