JLL expands expertise in San Diego

SAN DIEGO, CALIF., March 7, 2019 – JLL continues to expand its expertise in San Diego. Today, the firm announced that North County experts Chris Baumgart and Steven Field have joined the firm as Senior Vice Presidents. JLL is also excited to be leasing space within the creative office campus MAKE, located at 5600 Avenida Encinas in Carlsbad, California. The team has an extensive track record of working with investors and occupiers of office and industrial real estate in the area.

Baumgart and Field join JLL from a U.S. commercial real estate services firm where they both served as Directors. With a combined 20 years’ experience and market knowledge, they have secured more than 750 sale and lease transactions totaling over 5.6 million square feet. The team focuses on agency leasing, building sales and tenant/buyer representation throughout Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, and Escondido.
