JLL completes lease at 6 Vreeland Road, Florham Park
Newly expanded Option Care Health to consolidate operations in 17,265 SF at 6 Vreeland Road
NEW JERSEY, February 12, 2021 — JLL recently completed a 17,265-square-foot new lease for Option Care Health at 6 Vreeland Road in Florham Park, New Jersey. Option Care Health, a leading provider of home infusion therapy services, signed a long-term lease in the 58,000-square-foot office property.
Formed by a 2019 merger between BioScrip and Option Care, Option Care Health sought to consolidate two expiring leases in a new regional compounding center. The company required a facility that met the technical needs of the consolidated group while also accommodating employee commutation patterns. A single-story flex building with loading dock access and 18’ clear ceiling heights was necessary for operations. Abundant parking and proximity to major highways was critical for easy patient access.
After extensive analysis and consultation, JLL identified 6 Vreeland Road, in Florham Park which sits on 5.3 landscaped acres, offers 77 surface-level parking spaces, a loading dock and 18’ clear ceiling height. It lies minutes from Interstate 287; Interstate 280 and the Madison and Chatham NJ Transit stops.
Peter Ladas, senior vice president, and Chris Conklin, senior vice president, led the JLL team in the acquisition and leasing of the property. Troy Corporation represented themselves and was led by Al Gerado, senior officer.
