JLL arranges sales of health care facility in Columbus
20,000-square-foot health care facility in Grove City sells
COLUMBUS, July 12, 2021 – JLL is pleased to announce the sale of a 20,000-square-foot health care facility located at 3880 Jackpot Road on June 22. JLL Senior Vice President Chris DiSalle led the efforts for a private seller.
Prior to its purchase, the facility was vacant. JLL then signed on an inpatient and outpatient recovery care center for a 10-year lease, and the seller renovated the building in 2020 for the incoming tenant. Following the renovation, the building was sold to a private investor.
Built in 2009, the facility now features six inpatient rooms and boasts 110 parking spaces. It sits on 3.86 acres of land and is a 23-minute drive from the John Glenn Columbus International Airport.
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the overall demand for health care facilities has increased, resulting in a significant uptick in the market.
