JLL Agency Leasing adds key new hire in Austin

AUSTIN, May 3, 2021 – JLL announced today that Bethany Perez has joined the firm’s Agency Leasing team in Austin as an Executive Vice President. 

Perez will join the team led by Kevin Kimbrough and Rachel Coulter, which has grown significantly over the past several years. Now comprised of eight brokers, the group most recently won more than 1.2 million square feet of space, bringing its total portfolio to more than 7.5 million square feet in the Austin area. With the addition of Perez, the team now boasts four senior-level real estate professionals, including Brent Powdrill, Perez, Kimbrough and Coulter.

Perez joins JLL with more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in office leasing, business development and marketing, allowing her to successfully ensure the most favorable terms for her clients.

Perez is a licensed Texas Real Estate Commission sales agent and is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) of Austin. She previously served as a board member for the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) of Austin.

She has received various industry awards and recognitions over the years, including being named a finalist of the Austin Business Journal’s Profiles in Power, consistent inclusion in the Austin Business Journal’s Heavy Hitter list, receiving of the CoStar Power Broker Award and being named Globe Street’s Southwest Women of Influence. Perez received her Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing, from Texas A&M University.
