Who is a female inspiration/role model to you and why?
We see ourselves as a family at Tetris, so I’m invested in each individual’s success. Part of that is identifying what they are passionate about and helping them map out a path to achieve their ambitions.
Why does inclusion matter to you?
Inclusion is important, because without a truly diverse team, we cannot be the best in the industry. We need different views, backgrounds and perspectives to be competitive in today’s global marketplace.
