Who is a female inspiration/role model to you and why?
One of my female role models is Elaine Agather, Dallas Chairwoman for JPMorgan Chase Bank, who has succeeded in a male-dominated industry by working hard and being herself, feminine and feisty.
Why does inclusion matter to you?
Inclusion is just simply the right thing to do and if we’re not going to do things the right way, why do them?
How are you inspiring women to achieve their ambitions at JLL?
I try to put my head down and produce and pave the path for others to do the same. My dad told me to be in the profit center of the business, as that’s how to be indispensable. I’ve learned that there is another side benefit; if I can be valuable in the way the company wants me to be, I can earn a seat at the table to influence change.
