GSA BMO program
The U.S. General Services Administration’s Building Maintenance and Operation (BMO) program is open to any federal agency with facilities management needs in the Mid-Atlantic.
The GSA BMO program provides an excellent opportunity for federal customers to take advantage of our facility management services.
Advantages of the program include:
- Procurement assistance, including detailed ordering guides, SOW and solicitation templates, an SOW library, and market research.
- A structure authorization program that reduces client risk.
- Allowances for including Other Direct Costs (ODCs) in program pricing.
- Standardized labor categories for easier evaluation and price comparison.
The federal government spends an estimated $19 billion annually within the BMO category. Majority of property is owned and/or operated by federal agencies other than GSA (GSA’s portion of this spend is only 12%). This Building Maintenance and Operations (BMO) strategic sourcing solution is a comprehensive and flexible solution to support integrated facilities management support services for any federal agency to use.
The GSA BMO program is an open market, multiple-award, government-wide contract vehicle supporting the strategic sourcing initiative to reduce costs and drive efficient purchasing by federal agencies.
