Stream Logistics builds a quality office to match their culture

Before moving to The Quad in South Scottsdale, boutique logistics company Stream Logistics was seriously overcrowded. The company couldn’t grow operations and employees felt disconnected.

They set out to not only find a solution that would give them more room to grow –but also to build a quality office where employees would be excited to work. Their bright and energetic new 12,500 square foot space is one the team is proud of.

Aesthetically, our office speaks for itself. When you walk in here, it has a wow factor. The feedback from customers and vendors we’ve invited here has been incredible.

The state-of-the-art space was custom designed to be a true reflection of the company’s culture. Quality finishes and custom artwork are visual cues for team members to provide customers with the superior service Stream Logistics is known for.

“At the end of the day, we’re selling quality. Quality service. Quality communication. Quality execution.” said co-founder Carson Holmquist. “We want that to match our physical space as well. The new office visually upholds the high standard we’ve set from a performance standpoint.”

Both clients and employees appreciate the investment in the new open, collaborative environment that offers a little bit of an edgy but chic look.

“We’ve seen an increase of energy and creativity, added Holmquist. “The first couple of weeks, I had a lot of employees come to me with new ideas about our software and service. The new space is very creative and that energy has become contagious.”
