As a result of right-sizing our client’s labor model, reducing sourcing and procurement spend and implementing an efficient workflow management system, the company achieved a 94 percent satisfaction rate from more than 10,000 work orders. By implementing a compliance program and a supplier safety program, they also achieved a global recordable incident rate of 0.32 — 10 times lower than the industry average.
