Suellen is responsible for directing all financial and business planning functions in the region stretching from Canada to Argentina.

Based in Chicago, Suellen helps drive strategic growth as an advisor to the Global CFO, Americas CEO and JLL business leaders. Her day-to-day oversight involves strategic planning, reporting, accounting, controls, and payroll.

Suellen has more than two decades of finance experience that extends beyond real estate. She joined JLL in November 2016 from Publicis Groupe, the third largest global communications company, where she was North American CFO for all creative agencies, including Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi and Publicis. Before that, she was North American CFO of Leo Burnett, where she launched new platforms to drive productivity, implemented a new ERP system, and successfully integrated acquisitions into the company.

Prior to Leo Burnett, Suellen spent seven years at PepsiCo in finance and corporate strategy roles across the Tropicana, Gatorade, and Quaker Oats brands.

Suellen earned a master’s degree in business administration from the Wharton School of Business and a master’s degree in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania Lauder Institute. She is fluent in both French and Russian.

Outside of JLL, Suellen is a Board member of Marwan, a local nonprofit that provides free arts education to Chicago students who attend under-resourced schools. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Phillipe, and their two daughters.
